Essential Physiotherapy for Pregnancy – A one-off class for pregnant women led by Vicky Keates, Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Designed to teach pregnant women how to manage the changes during pregnancy. The class will provide education, exercises and advice how to:
- Improve posture
- Reduce back pain
- Strengthen the pelvic floor
- Keep fit during pregnancy
Small group for a relaxed setting and the opportunity to ask questions. Maternity belts and bump bands will also be available for purchase and fitting.
First Tuesday in every month 6.00pm – 7.00pm
