Following the continued partnership between Hallamshire Physiotherapy and Awesome Walls Sheffield, we are delighted to be returning to the wall to offer another Free Physiotherapy Advice Clinic for climbers and visitors.

What Is the Clinic?
Our experienced physiotherapists will be running a free drop-in service for anyone attending the climbing centre that day. Whether you are managing a long-standing issue, dealing with a recent niggle, or simply want advice on staying injury-free, we are here to help.
Sessions will take place in a private upstairs treatment space, allowing time to discuss your concerns and provide tailored advice or hands-on treatment where appropriate.

To secure a slot on the day:
We expect to see approximately 20–25 people, with each session lasting around 15–20 minutes, depending on demand.

If you are new to climbing and would like to try it for the first time, we recommend contacting the climbing centre in advance to arrange an induction session with one of their instructors.
