Receptionist / Administrator – Part‑Time Role
We’re excited to announce a new opportunity to join our friendly team at Hallamshire Physiotherapy, based at 2 Newbould Lane, Sheffield, S10 2PL.
This role is ideal for someone organised, approachable, and reliable who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly in a welcoming clinic environment.
🕒 Hours
- 5 hours per week – Wednesday evening shift
- Option to increase to 7.5 hours per week
- Additional shifts available throughout the year to cover other receptionists
- Optional Saturday morning cover
- Start date: From 1st June onwards
We can offer either an employed or self‑employed arrangement, depending on the successful candidate.
💼 Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing the online booking system
- Taking payments and assisting clients
- Opening and locking up the clinic
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the clinic
- Supporting the smooth running of daily operations

- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team
