Receptionist / Administrator – Part‑Time Role

We’re excited to announce a new opportunity to join our friendly team at Hallamshire Physiotherapy, based at 2 Newbould Lane, Sheffield, S10 2PL.

This role is ideal for someone organised, approachable, and reliable who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly in a welcoming clinic environment.


🕒 Hours

  • 5 hours per week – Wednesday evening shift
  • Option to increase to 7.5 hours per week
  • Additional shifts available throughout the year to cover other receptionists
  • Optional Saturday morning cover
  • Start date: From 1st June onwards

We can offer either an employed or self‑employed arrangement, depending on the successful candidate.


💼 Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Managing the online booking system
  • Taking payments and assisting clients
  • Opening and locking up the clinic
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the clinic
  • Supporting the smooth running of daily operations

  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and booking systems
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team
