Hi I’m Karen – I currently work as a private practitioner at Hallamshire Physiotherapy clinic and also as a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University where I teach on the undergraduate and post graduate courses.
I am a specialist in Neurological Physiotherapy treating patients with a wide range of conditions including, Stroke, MS, Parkinsons, Brain Injury and many more. I have also specialised in the treatment of Vestibular and other balance problems. Vestibular rehabilitation is the treatment of a range of conditions that affect the inner ear and your sense of balance. I am passionate about helping people regain function following dizziness and vertigo.
Out of work I am a very keen runner and like to keep myself fit and active.
