Hallamshire Physiotherapy is proud to introduce Strong Through Menopause — a specialist strength‑based exercise class designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post‑menopause.
Led by physiotherapist Tanja Hayselden (MSc), who has advanced training in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause using tailored strength‑based exercise programmes, this class provides a safe, supportive environment to rebuild strength, manage symptoms, and take control of your long‑term health.

“This class is built on the science. We’re using hormone‑aware programming to support women’s bodies through a time of change — not just physically, but emotionally too. It’s about strength, confidence, and community.” — Tanja Hayselden, Physiotherapist & Founder of The Hot Pause
Strong Through Menopause combines physiotherapy expertise with evidence‑based strength training to help women feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies.
